Anger Management Program

Anger Management Program consist of twelve sessions for one hour per session.  The program is to help persons manage there moderate to severe anger, rage, violent behavior and aggression towards other persons in a more positive non-treating manner.  Basic behavior principles of the sessions are chronic anger, anger violence, resentments, responsibility, habits, habitual behaviors, forgiveness, work related issues, control issues, disappointment, and assuming and practicing emotional and personal responsibility.
