Phillip Jasso, BS, LCDC, CAMS-II, is the founder of International Recovery Center. He has offered substance abuse counseling services during the last 30 years plus maintaining high standards of ethics. He has a philosophy that "You can not give what you do not have and you can not ask what you have not given." Phillip Jasso has taken a different approach in his counseling, that is, he takes each individual in a journey within themselves.

Without a COMPASS and a MAP we tend to get lost.

IRC takes the approach that all changes starts within and topics are presented from a different perspective in order to aid each person to take that inward journey.

IRC provides substance abuse, prevention, education, anger management, life skills, and intervention programs in an entirely bilingual, bicultural setting.

All services are available to the surrounding communities, individuals, and families regardless of ethnicity, religion, race or economic status.
