International Recovery Center (IRC) provides  comprehensive  programs;  such as, anti-theft, life skills, anger management, relapse,  to include substance abuse counseling services to the surrounding counties; Dallas, Ellis, Collins, T arrant, Rockwall, Kaufman, Denton, etc..
